Hofmann Sisters

Got tow tracks from a 45 by the Geschwister Hofmann (Hofmann Sisters in Englisch), a German folk duo. They actually weren't sisters but nevertheless they had several hits during the 1950s in Germany. The Hofmann Sisters were Elisabeth (Hofmann) Deuringer and Gretel Wünsch and were founded by arranger and orchestra leader Hubert Deuringer. Both tracks "Oh Goldschmieds Töchterlein" and "Vergessen, verlassen, verloren" were recorded for Decca in 1958 (I lost my original copy of that 45!).
